I first walked these cobblestone streets over two decades ago, and Granada has been shaping my soul ever since. As a yoga instructor and wellness advocate, I’ve spent 24 years discovering the ‘duende’ of this city—the hidden trails of the Sierra Nevada, the quietest corners of the Albaicín, and the healers who understand the rhythms of midlife.
