ABOUT THE SERIES
Midlife is not a crisis—it’s a catalyst. This is the beginning of a powerful new chapter, and women deserve real tools, real conversations, and real support to navigate it.

Empowered Through Midlife is a holistic, educational, and emotionally supportive workshop series created for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. These workshops blend expert knowledge with personal reflection, practical tools, and authentic community connection.

Each workshop can stand alone or be offered as part of a full program. Suitable for in-person or online settings, wellness retreats, studios, or group coaching programs.


WORKSHOP FORMAT OPTIONS

  • Flexible delivery: book individually, as themed mini-series, or the full 10-part series
  • Available online or in person
  • Ideal for wellness studios, gyms, retreat centers, yoga spaces, or virtual groups
  • Length: 75-90 minutes each or expandable for half-day experiences

5. Rooted & Resilient: Pelvic Floor Health
Demystify pelvic floor issues like incontinence and prolapse. Reconnect with your body’s center through awareness and support.

6. Unapologetic: Advocating for Your Health & Your Needs
Build confidence in speaking up with doctors, at work, and in relationships. Learn to prioritize your health without guilt or apology.

7. The Invisible Load: Autoimmunity, Weight Gain & Stress
Understand how stress impacts hormones, inflammation, and immune health. Learn ways to lighten the load and care for your body under pressure.

8. Cutting Through the Noise: What Really Works in Midlife
Debunk the myths. Learn to navigate diet trends, fasting, supplements, and exercise with clarity, not confusion.

9. Midlife Reset: Reassess, Realign & Reinvent
